How enquiry, account and optional measurement data is handled.
The production site collects the fields you submit through an RFQ form only when the enquiry service is enabled. Requests are retained for quotation follow-up and notification handling; payment is not currently enabled, and the site does not ask for card details.
Google Analytics 4 is optional and loads only after a verified JS Meilai measurement ID has been configured and you choose Allow analytics in the consent panel. If you decline or measurement is not configured, the script and campaign attribution storage remain disabled. Events do not include enquiry message contents or contact details.
Enquiry consent is recorded with the request. When analytics is configured, you can reopen Analytics settings at any time to change your measurement choice. You can ask for access, correction or deletion of site-held information by emailing yumao3623@gmail.com; do not include payment credentials or other sensitive information in an enquiry.
